The Aussie's have arrived

Our friends Hal, Tash and 3 yr old Laila from Sydney Australia have come to visit. They arrived last Friday. Laila was so excited to be coming, not to see Kevin and I, but to meet Ember. Unfortunately, Ember is not used to the energy and loud nature of a 3 yr old, so she spent most of the weekend under the bed hiding. And poor Laila spend most of the weekend asking when Ember was going to come out so she could pet her. :(

Have had a wonderful time with them so far. Laila is such a sweetheart - quite taken with Kevin, who picks her up, flings her in the air, tickles her, etc. And she keeps asking for more!
It snowed here a bit on Sunday, so the Aussies were quick to get out their cameras, and head outside to make snowballs....and throw them at the house....HAL!!!

They have headed up to Mt Washington with Brian to go skiing for the week - we will be heading up on Saturday to join them.
