Weekend in Denver

Headed down to Denver for the weekend to meet up with Kevin (he flew in from St Louis) to visit with his sister and family. Arrived within an hour of each other at the airport Friday evening, were met by his sister Michelle and son (Mason is 4), headed to meet husband Jude for dinner, and then headed out of Denver to their home up in the mountains (elevation about 9600 ft). They were worried about me, miss pregnant lady heading up to that elevation, so they borrowed a machine from the hospital to measure my blood oxygen levels to make sure I was ok. Passed with flying colours!!

Had a nice weekend visit with them. Tagged along to Mason's swimming lesson on Sat, and headed back into the city on Sunday for a bit of window shopping (mostly looking at baby gear)! Made homemade pizzas Sat night, watched a bit of the Superbowl on Sunday (great half time show), and bam, the weekend was over and it was time to head home again on Monday.
