Lots to see in Paris today

My feeties are tired!! We talked a lot today. First took the metro to Sacre Coeur where we walked A LOT of stairs up to the top of the hill. Got to go inside the grand church (no inside pictures allowed), and wow, is it beautiful inside. Amazing the architecture of these great buildings. Walked all around the Montmartre area to find the Moulin Rouge - finally found it. Decided though not to hang around all afternoon to see the show (not at over 100 euro a pop). Probably would have needed to make reservations anyways and with Kevin sick, we were not sure we were going to get to that area...maybe next time....
Next, we headed over to the Rodin museum where we saw the "Thinker", just sitting and pondering life in the gardens. Saw some really other great scultures too done by Rodin, and even a few Picasso and Monet art pieces too.
Then it was over to the hotel Invalides, home of Napoleon's tomb - just wondered around, didn't take the tour inside though.
Kevin is feeling better, so we are heading to Versailles tomorrow....for sure!
Gonna rest a bit, and then go grab a bite to eat. Mmm wine and bread. Fortunately, with us both having been sick, we are yet to become alcoholics.....ahhh, there is still Italy!
